First time here and was pleasantly surprised. Quick and friendly service! Small kids play area and coffee bar which I thought were very nice touches. Will be coming back.

I brought my 1970 Mach1 into Cartec. I was smelling gas. Dave ( one of the technicians) found the leak and fixed it very quickly. I could not have been more pleased with the professional and friendly service I received. I would recommend them to anyone.

I received a text from Linda to remind me I needed an oil change and while having that done, they also checked my brakes to confirm they were in great condition. Excellent service, always quick and reliable. I’ve gone there for years and will continue to do.

Cartec @ 41st has a friendly staff with a beautiful waiting area (they have a massage chair) and their prices are extremely competitive. Check their website out and you can usually find specials on oil changes, etc.

I came in thinking my struts were bad. My car was making a clanking noise. I spoke to Josh over the phone and he provided me with services. I asked if I could stay and wait, they prefer dropping the car by and you leaving they offer services like Uber/lyft to take you back home for free. They also let me know that they were happy to have my company, offered me soda for my wait and reassured me when I was down. I had gone on here thinking my struts were bad, David has checked my car out and my sway bar had actually snapped. He showed me everything and even let me see what had happened. He fixed it for free because I came on thinking I would have a financing option. Thank you to David, Josh and there team for fixing my car and allowing me to drive safe with no fees attached. I will definitely be back here.

Got my car back the same day after even telling me I may need to leave it over night ! , very friendly staff and people. They went above and beyond to explain exactly what I was paying for, me not being a car person this was very helpful. I defiantly felt I got quality service and will be recommending Cartec to all my friends and family.

I just want to say that i have been bringing my vehicles here for a very long time. I generally have always talked with Linda who is always so helpful. There are new people there who are very professional and helpful as well. They can be trusted with your cars, believe me!
